Description
Andrey Biryukov is a Russian blacksmith and knife maker who has built an almost magical reputation in the past 10 years.
He meticulously adapts the processing and hardness treatment of his steels to the respective requirements. This makes his blades incredibly sharp, with an incredible edge retention, while remaining tough enough to avoid chips.
He also implements his high demands on the materials used and their processing in the handles. They are modeled and reworked with a lot of effort to offer the user a comfortable grip.
The high quality of his knives has earned him several awards in recent years. His blades regularly win cutting tests at knife shows.
Each knife comes with a leather sheath.
