Description

Maxime Rossignol is behind the brand, La Forge de Max. The name says it all: Maxime specialises in classic French knives.

We met him for the first time at the trade fair in Langres/France and were immediately fascinated by his work.

His knives are characterised by high quality, which can also be seen in the details. For example, he uses triple

springs, which give them a special pattern. His blanks are also annealed and the blades all have slight swedges, which

combines the classic style with the modern. The next special feature is the end of the handle, where the tip of the blade is held securely in V-shaped plates.

His knives are built as Cran Force and have a very good spring tension. The blades engage with a full

sound and are thus secured from unwanted closing by the stronger tension and thus differ from a normal

Slipjoint.

Here you can see the exceptionality of these handmade classics, with a somewhat modern touch in material and design.

language of form. Let yourself be taken into the world of Maxime Rossignol and enjoy his beautiful unique pieces. We think

that he has a great future and can only recommend an investment in his products.
