we offer you mystery boxes, these contain returns and sometimes B-stock, as we now offer some payment services in our service package, the number of returns has multiplied.
Bad for us, but maybe good for you. Sometimes we get replacements from manufacturers, but mostly the total effort of individual returns is just too great.
That’s why we decided to pass these goods on to you at terrible prices (for us :)).

Most of the goods are either missing the boxes or certificates, or the boxes are damaged. This is our biggest problem with returns.
We have at least 10-20 returns per week, but unfortunately these can no longer be sold as new. You can imagine how many returns that adds up to per year.

Nevertheless, the selection is not infinite and limited, so as usual at TFG, the motto is just give it a go and try it. It will definitely be worth trying it out, because you get new goods at an unbeatable price and support us in continuing to grow.
