We send parcels within Germany with DHL (DHL GoGreen). Shipments outside Germany are also sent via DHL or Deutsche Post. The shipping costs are calculated as follows:

• within Germany & EU- under 50 € order value flat rate 6,99/12,99 €
• within Germany & EU – from 50 € order value free of shipping costs
• Third countries – 12,99 € to 99,99 € depending on recipient country & value of goods

We are not responsible for any additional costs (e.g. customs duties or taxes in the buyer’s country) and will not pay them. Please enquire beforehand.

Note: The delivery time is 3 to approx. 20 working days depending on the selected shipping method.
