But for our Betty TL2 Pro this is true, because it was brought into being only on a special request of the police from Norway. First of all, the required specifications included the charging station with an input range of 12 – 24V, in order to use the on-board voltage of trucks in addition to normal cars.

The charging is done via three gold-plated charging contacts. Even when the lamps are turned, the charging unit in the battery tank recognizes the polarity and reliably continues the charging process. The considerable part of the charging technology is located in the battery tank.

The docking station has an ingenious mechanism with safety lever, and a through-connection, over hard gilded short stroke pins, as they are used also in the lamp.
Besides the safety mechanism, it was also required that the flashlight can be charged with all other Lupine chargers. To do this, simply unscrew the battery tank, as it works with the Betty TL2.
