Adrien Giovaninetti Lombard Blue Bone

Adrien Giovaninetti introduces himself:
Originally from the Paris region, I have lived in Thiers since 2013, and completed the cfai, section coutellerie, in 2015. During these two years I met people who marked a turning point in my life with one of the ways I understood the profession. Pierre Yves Joyeux (Workshop la clé des champs) took me along and shared his know-how with me. Through his work I discover a meticulous world and the desire to create beautiful objects, with passion.
Since 2017 my workshop is located in Thiers, where I manufacture my various knives. My production is mainly based on variations of my model: Le Lombard. I also make individual pieces according to my inspirations and specific wishes.
