Blancpain X Swatch “Green Abyss” Bioceramic Scuba Fifty Fathoms Collection (SO35G100)

This Blancpain X Swatch model pays homage to the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms, the first true diver’s watch. The green case and crown are made of bioceramic. The word “Swatch” is engraved on the left outer side of the case. The watch features a black dial with dark green shading and a water contact indicator at 6 o’clock. The hour markers, hour and minute hands, the tip of the seconds hand, and the diving scale on the bezel are coated with Grade A Vintage Super-LumiNova®, ensuring excellent readability in the dark. The watch also features a green, unidirectional rotating bezel made of bioceramic and bio-based glass. The mechanical SISTEM51 movement is visible through the case back with transparent sapphire crystal and is illustrated with a digital print of the seabed and the sea snail Felimare picta. Five inspiring inscriptions can be found on the back of the watch: PASSION FOR DIVING – LICENCE TO EXPLORE – OCEAN BREATH – PROTECT WHAT YOU LOVE, and IMMERSE YOURSELF. The two-piece NATO-style strap is made from recycled fishing nets and offers an unobstructed view of the movement. The buckle and loops are made of bioceramic.
