In accordance with the regulations of the Packaging Ordinance, we are obliged to take back all packaging of our products in the shop that does not bear the sign of a system of comprehensive disposal. This would be free of charge.

In connection with the sale of batteries and accumulators, we as a dealer are obliged in accordance with the Battery Ordinance to draw your attention as a consumer to the following: You are legally obliged to return batteries and accumulators. After use, you can return them to us free of charge or return them to a sales outlet, a municipal collection point or to local retailers. Batteries containing harmful substances are marked with a symbol, consisting of a crossed-out dustbin and the chemical symbol (Cd, Hg or Pb) of the heavy metal that is decisive for the classification as harmful.

At TFG you can pay per: PayPal, credit card, advance payment and payment upon collection or cash on delivery (both only by arrangement). In the order process prepayment, cash on delivery and payment at collection are summarized under the point “purchase on invoice”.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

If you cancel this Agreement, we will refund to you all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this Agreement.

This refund will be made using the same payment method you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back in full.
